The recipe

Three steps. Zero dev farming.

Creator fees don't go to the dev. They go to the kitchen — and the kitchen feeds the holders.

Launch

Name, ticker, image. Your coin goes live on Pump.fun's own bonding curve. Each coin gets its own chef wallet as creator.

Trade

Buy and sell right here, on the same Pump.fun curve. Every trade drips creator fees into the coin's chef wallet.

Get fed

Each time fees reach 0.1 SOL, a random holder (with 100k+ tokens) is drawn and paid one kimchi order.

🔒

Provably random. The winner is sha256(blockhash | coin | order #) mod holders. The seed and the payout are written on-chain in every order's memo, so anyone can check the draw.

Questions

Before you dig in

Is it real kimchi?

The winner gets the price of one kimchi order sent straight to their wallet in SOL, so they can order the real thing anywhere they like. Wallets are anonymous — we never ask for an address.

Where do the fees come from?

Pump.fun pays a creator fee on every trade of a coin. On KIMCHIPAD the creator is the coin's own chef wallet, so those fees stay in the kitchen and go to holders instead of the dev.

Who can win?

Any normal wallet holding at least the minimum (to stop dust-wallet farming). The bonding curve, pools and the chef itself are left out. Every order is a fresh draw.

What does launching cost?

Pump.fun's normal creation cost and network fee, plus 0.01 SOL that seeds the chef wallet with gas for future orders and 0.001 SOL that registers your coin in the kitchen. You'll see the exact total before Phantom asks you to sign.

What happens when a coin graduates?

Fees keep coming from the PumpSwap pool and the kitchen keeps serving. Trading moves to Pump.fun — the coin page links you there.
